  • Are you locally owned?

    We proudly stand as the only locally-owned trash bin cleaning service in Pittsburgh and its neighboring areas. As residents of this community, we are invested in our homes and aim to provide exceptional service to our fellow neighbors.

  • Do I need to be home when you clean my garbage bins?

    No, you do not need to be home. We will notify you the day before your cleaning day and send you a text message letting you know once we are done with your trash bins. As long as your trash bins are on the curb and trash free you don’t need to do anything else.

  • What if I need to reschedule?

    There are two different methods you can use to reschedule:


    • Log into your account: On the left-hand side of the account is a tab labeled “Availability Calendar”. When you click this, you will be able to select all dates that you are unavailable. Our system will automatically schedule your next visit beyond this date.


    • Email or Call Us: If you are unable to log into your account, contact us by emailing

  • You cleaned my trash bins, but there is still some guck in them...

    Sometimes with the dirtiest of bins, our washers will not get 100% of the gunk and grime. Rest assured, after a couple cleanings your bins will look brand new!

  • What happens if you arrive before the trash company pick up?

    We typically like to schedule cleanings the Day After your waste management company comes to collect trash. We can provide a same day cleaning but it will be scheduled for the very end of the day and there will be a travel charge if we show up and the trash can is still full. 

  • Why don’t you clean on the same day as garbage day?

    Most garbage routes have a pickup time for each of their services at different

    times. For example, garbage can be picked up in the early morning, while

    yard/compost is picked up after 3pm. Due to the inconsistent time schedules, we

    know we can almost guarantee the next day it will be empty, and ready for a full

    cleaning and sanitizing service.

  • Am I under contract?

    There is NO contract! You can cancel service at any time without penalty.

  • How am I billed for services?

    The Customer is billed for their first service when they sign up. If choosing the

    monthly or quarterly plans your card on file will be billed 7 days before the next

    scheduled cleaning.

  • How do you protect my information after I sign up?

    We maintain the confidentiality of your information. We utilize a secure PCI-compliant processor to encrypt your data,

    ensuring that your full card number remains hidden from our view.
