Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the cleaning services provided by Go


Bintastic LLC (“Bintastic”), a mobile trash and recycle bin cleaning service for residential


properties. By submitting a Request for Service, you (“Customer”) confirm your


acceptance of these Terms.


 


- Customer Responsibilities:


Next Day Service: Customers must place their bins curbside on the designated


trash collection day. Bins should remain curbside until 6 PM the following day to


be cleaned. If bins cannot be left curbside, they should be placed by the garage or


side of the house.


 Cleanliness and Preparation: Bins must be empty. We reserve the right to


refuse the service if any bins have any of the following:


 Loose, unbagged, trash, diapers or animal waste.


 Hazardous waste which include chemicals, paint, glue, or other adhesives.


 Building materials like plaster, stucco, or concrete.


Gated Community Access: Customers in gated communities must provide gate


codes or ensure that Go Bintastic has access through the community’s guard


house on the scheduled service date.


 RESCHEDULING SERVICE:


 If your bins cannot be serviced on the scheduled day, please notify us before 8:00


a.m. on the day of service, and we will reschedule your cleaning for the next


available date. If you do not notify us, and if we’re unable to clean, you’ll be


notified. There are no refunds after 8:00 a.m. on the day of cleaning service. Due


to the cost associated with sending our employees and vehicle to your home no


refund can be provided.


 CANCELATION OF SERVICE:


 Customer can cancel at any time without any penalty. Cancellations must be


received prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges. Services will continue


through the end of the current billing cycle following a processed payment.

to Chuck@GoBintastic.com.



 GoBintastic LLC Responsibilities:


If Go Bintastic fails to provide its service on the scheduled day of service for a reason


other than the customer failing to meet his/her responsibilities in the paragraphs above,


Go Bintastic LLC will compensate the Customer by one of the following methods at its


sole discretion.


. Arranging for the service to be performed on the next possible service date.


. Crediting the customer for the missed service.



 Charges and Payments


. Automatic Payments: Charges for recurring services are automatically


processed 7 days prior to the next scheduled service day. Go Bintastic will charge


the Customer’s debit or credit card on file.


Declined Payments: In case of declined payments, Go Bintastic will attempt to


contact the Customer for a new payment method. Services will be suspended


until payment is resolved.


 We maintain the confidentiality of your information. We utilize a secure PCI-


compliant processor to encrypt your data, ensuring that your full card number


remains hidden from our view.



- Modifications to Terms


Go Bintastic reserves the right to modify these terms and introduce new charges.


Customers will be notified by email of any significant changes. Continued use of


services following such notifications will constitute acceptance of the new terms.




Governing Law


These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of


Pennsylvania, and the customer submits to the exclusive jurisdiction
